The ideal candidate will have a good solid background in preparing and presenting food of the highest standard from fresh, locally sourced produce.
Previous experience at a similar level from a fresh food background is essential, along with a comprehensive understanding of the importance of a clean & hygienic working environment.
Academically, candidates need to be able to offer a minimum of NVQ level 2 in Catering along with basic food hygiene qualifications.

Hours approx 40 per week - based on 5 days over 7
